If you’ve earned one or more certifications from the GRC Group, you want to maintain their value by keeping them current. Please review the maintenance requirements, and then complete the form below to renew your certification(s).
Base-level Certification
The maintenance requirements for the following certifications are current membership in the GRC Group and reading our member-only journals, our newsletters, attending our training and webinars, and other GRC Group learning activities for a cumulative total of at least 12 hours per anniversary year:
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- CSOX: Certified in Sarbanes-Oxley
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- CGRC: Certified in Governance, Risk, Compliance
- CGOV: Certified in Corporate Governance
- CIRM: Certified in Integrated Risk Management
- CICM: Certified in Internal Control Management
Information Technology Governance, Risk, Compliance (IT-GRC)
- CGRC-IT: Certified in IT Governance, Risk Compliance
- CITG: Certified in Information Technology Governance
- CITR: Certified in Information Technology Risk Management
- CITC: Certified in Information Technology Compliance
Pro-level Certification
The maintenance requirements for the following certifications are current membership in the GRC Group, and reading our member-only journals, our newsletters, attending our training and webinars, and other GRC Group learning activities for a cumulative total of at least 12 hours and at least 1,200 hours of SOX-related experience per year over the past three years, verifiable by two professional references:

Information Technology Governance, Risk, Compliance (IT-GRC)
