Voting Results Are In!
The House passed the Wall Street Reform Act on December 11, 2009. We polled our members and subscribers, asking if the Senate would pass a similar measure. 62.5% said yes, and 37.5% said no.

Refund Policy

Classroom Training

For classroom training, the GRC Group offers a full refund for up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the class for which you registered. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your classroom reservation by emailing email@grcg.com.

Note: Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are unavoidable. All monies refunded are in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. The GRC Group/SOX Institute is not responsible for changes in exchange rates.

Self-Study Training

For self-study training, the GRC Group offers a full refund for books and other materials, provided the products are returned to the GRC Group within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are unavoidable. All monies refunded are in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. The GRC Group/SOX Institute is not responsible for changes in exchange rates.

Live Online Training

For live online training, the GRC Group offers a full refund for cancellations within the first hour of training. In order to receive a refund, you must leave the online training and send an email to email@grcg.com to request a refund.

Recorded Online Training

For recorded online training, the GRC Group offers a three-day money-back guarantee. Please send an email to email@grcg.com to request a refund.

Membership Fees

You may cancel your membership to the GRC Group within 30 days of joining and receive a full refund. After 30 days, your membership fee will be prorated according to the length of your membership.
