Robert, a certified associate business manager and certified in Sarbanes-Oxley, has over ten years experience in fraud and accounting services, six years of which were as an Auditor. He has carried out investigations involving false accounting, procurement fraud, theft, and allegations of impropriety.  Several of these investigations have involved locations throughout the Pacific.  He has been responsible for establishing NPO accounting and better business practices for the Japan Association of Language Teaching, while acting in the Financial Steering Committee Chair capacity.  He is a current member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the GRC Group.
